Behind the Experience with Chef James Won

On 29 September 2015, in conjunction with Food & Hotel Malaysia (FHM) in Kuala Lumpur, Landex Concepts and Global Pacific Victory (GPV) had invited acclaimed Chef James Won of Brasserie Enfin to bring together a pairing and plating workshop to delight invited guests with his fine culinary skills - introducing a 5-course plating extravaganza using Luzerne's summer collection.

Landex Concepts exhibited in FHM, held from 29 September to 2 October 2015, in Hall 1, Booth 1501 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
